IT Value Chain from Brazil

Correspondent Cristiano Kruel of www.sincrono.com.br has two very interesting variations on the IT value chain. This further reinforces the view expressed in my book that there are three major stages:

  1. Capture Demand
  2. Deliver Solution
  3. Support Service

or whatever variation on their naming you prefer...
