Charlie,

Wonderful story. This appears to be a blend of shops and departments that I have encountered.

Stories are a great way to present a bigger picture than you could using a white paper or technical overview paper.

Keep up the good work and please never mention NIKU again. It gives me a sour stomach. ;-)
